Position Overview
Busy State Farm agency located in Mechanicsville is seeking an experienced, P&C licensed customer SERVICE representative to join our team. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is perfect for someone that appreciates a fast-paced environment helping others but not the pressure of sales. There are bonuses available for leads referred to the Sales Team, but this is not the focus of this position.

Responsibilities
- Exceed our customer's expectations with First Class customer service.
- This position is responsible for working with customers on payments, billing inquiries, claim submissions, policy changes and general service work.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
- Salesforce/ECRM experience a plus
- Organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
